DY80 mobile belt conveyor

 Product information：

 DY80 mobile belt conveyor is suitable for construction sites, mines, factories, quarries, docks, freight yards, warehouses and other places, used to transport soil, sand, gravel, coal, grain and other bulk materials.    This machine is mainly composed of the drive, rack, walking round, taut, roller, tape, the ups and downs, the motor and electrical control box. The power of the motor is decelerated by a triangle tape first reduction and an open gear first reduction ，transport materials by driving the drum to drag the tape. Roller haul segment was v-shaped configuration. Tail equipped with a spiral tensioning device for adjusting the tightness of the tape. The rack equipped with walking gear which can make the whole mobile. Mechanical rack is divided in the ups and downs ， winch device can make the front frame rotating around a fixed axis within a certain range n to adjust the conveying height. These conveyors are divided into a variety of specifications of 5-50 m， can be used in multiple sets in the meantime in order to adapt to the different auxiliary sending distance.
